Left Wing Media Bias

“There are problems with multiculturalism and it’s about time our politicians had the guts to mention some of them,” wrote the new ABC chairman Ita Buttrose back in 1988. Maybe Ita  could be just the person we need  to remove  the obvious Left wing bias from  our national broadcaster, with its constant promotion of the evil of multiculturalism.

The Christchurch terrorism once again revealed that the ABC believes that only those with “green” Left views should be allowed to comment, but anyone who had ever voiced criticism of unlimited immigration, the need for border control, or the danger  of returning jihadis, is disqualified  from expressing their conservative views.

This bias has long been noticeable in  almost every terrorist attack, where the ABC  refuses to accept any connection between the suggestion of Islam, and the attack, until film emerges  of black bearded  individuals  wielding guns and shouting Allahu akbar.

It is a worry that if Labour is returned in the coming Federal election, the deeply held views of many concerned  about the refusal of Islamic  immigrants to integrate into Australian society, will be classified as hate speech and criminalised. Many of us saw the uncontrolled immigration policy  of Tony Blair and George Brown in the UK with resultant riots and Sharia law, lead to a desire for Brexit, and an open debate would be infinitely preferable, to avoid  the strife and chaos which has resulted there.

Numbers15:15,  ‘The community is to have the same rules for you and for the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. You and the foreigner shall be the same before the LORD.’   Peace is not possible when foreign cultures are retained and insisted upon, especially when their religion makes very obvious violent demands.

Homophobia?

 

As we have seen with the Australian Prime Minister complaining to the Turkish President because of his broad condemnation of Australians, when the terrorist act in Christchurch New Zealand was committed by just one extreme individual, so we must beware  of  condemnation of the vast majority when tiny minorities accuse the majority of racism or sexism, to their own advantage, one of the goals of evil political correctness.

That is exactly what has been happening in countries such as Australia and the latest example, Britain, where parents have joined together to protest the indoctrination of their youngsters by the teaching of the so called equal validity of gay and transgender relationships. In this case, a very small minority with perverse practices accuse the majority of hatred when they complain that those practices are being inflicted  upon their children in their primary schools.

It is logical and sensible for parents to discriminate  between those perverse lifestyles which God  condemns, and those who are drawn into such lifestyles. We can hate the sin, but love the sinner.  So, for example, Jesus Christ told the woman caught in the act of adultery to go, and sin no more, when the Pharisees would have stoned her.

Let us therefor stand up and condemn the conflation of the hatred of the act  with the presumed hatred  of the majority. It is a politically correct lie designed to  push the agenda of, in this case, the rainbow brigade, whose plan it is to criminalise both. The real victims would be truth, justice and morality, and especially freedom of speech!

Isaiah 59:15   ‘Truth is missing, and whoever turns from evil makes himself prey. The LORD looked and was offended that there was no justice.’

Isaiah 29:21   ‘Those who, with their speech, accuse a person of wrongdoing, who set a trap for the one mediating at the city gate and without cause deprive the righteous of justice.’

Celibacy

I have noticed a vast increase in the number of people visiting this site from Mexico and South America, and wonder if it has anything to do with the child abuse problems and natural disappointment in the Roman Catholic Church regarding its leaders such as Cardinal George Pell.

People do wonder why this problem has been so prevalent in the RC Church and suspicion  has fallen upon  the celibacy of its priests, which was unknown in the early Christian Church and only introduced in the 12th century.

It may even have been prophesied in 1 Timothy 4:3.  ‘They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth.’ NIV

The RC Church bases its authority on its Popes who are claimed to descend  from St Peter, who they claim to be the first Pope of Rome,  but we find that first Pope may well be mentioned in the Bible – but he was not Simon Peter the Apostle of Christ.  Acts 8:9-11, ‘Now for some time a man named Simon had practiced sorcery in the city and amazed all the people of Samaria. He boasted that he was someone great, and all the people, both high and low, gave him their attention and exclaimed, “This man is rightly called the Great Power of God.” They followed him because he had amazed them for a long time with his sorcery. ‘ NIV.     Acts 8:18-23, ‘And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost. But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money. Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God. Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee. For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.’

The reason Luke  describes the intention of this man is the profound effect he would have on God’s Church in Asia Minor, Greece and Rome.  Lange’s Commentary says  Peter here was uttering a prophecy by the Holy Spirit. He was telling what this Simon was to become:  “Peter’s words literally mean: ‘I regard you as a man who whose influence will be like that of bitter gall [poison] and a bond of unrighteousness [lawlessness]….He meant that Simon would be responsible for the introduction of pagan beliefs and idolatry into Christianity. Read Deuteronomy 29:16-18 to understand this figure of speech.

Yes, he was called Simon, but he was a priest of the Babylonian mystery religion, where Semiramis was the original “Queen of Heaven”, who invented the idea of celibacy  for her priests. It didn’t last long then because it was so unnatural, and its results are so evil, as we have seen.

Christ’s Apostle Peter was never the Bishop of Rome. The early Church historians had difficulty in separating Simon Peter the apostle and Simon Petor ( the opener or interpreter of the Babylonian mysteries) also know as Simon Magus.

The ‘New Scaff- Herzog Encyclopaedia of Religious Knowledge’ states , ‘The 25 year episcopate of Peter at Rome is evidently due to the statement of Justin Martyr regarding the labor of Simon Magus at Rome.

In Rome, Magus bewitched the inhabitants with his magical (demoniac) powers. It is said that he could levitate and fly, but in the end he was killed crashing back to earth.

However his powers  had impressed many and it was easy for his followers to claim that he sat in Peter’s chair, for the church which became the RC Church had accepted the practices and symbols of the oldest pagan religion on earth! (See the book ‘The Two Babylons’ by Alexander Hyslop)

 This great worldwide church, pictured as a woman, you can read about in Revelation 17:4-6. She is the mother of all protestant churches and also of abominations to God such as Sun worship (She Changed the holy Sabbath to Sunday)  and celibacy.  ‘And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.’

Brexit

What can we say about Brexit? I’m an Aussie Brit and I’ve known for over 40 years that Britain  would leave the EU, but I’m still amazed at the chaotic mess they are in. The odds are that we will see a great backlash if the British public are finally  betrayed  by their government, and their democratic vote is trampled on.

Yet, they did make the right decision to leave, before the EU BECOMES A TOTAL DICTATORSHIP.  For years,  when I lived there, resentment  at what the ‘Common Market’ had become (which had been foisted off on Britain by a lying Edward Heath) rang all the warning bells as it gradually progressed towards that dictatorship, while Britain’s Parliament and laws were subsumed by a German led Europe.

Tragically, as I pointed out in my last blog, ‘End of the West’, this is a hole  the Brits have dug for themselves, unfortunately fulfilling God’s warnings found in Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 23. We can tell it is for the end time because, as you will see in Hosea 14:4 below, this last chapter concludes with Ephraim’s repentance.

So,  what happens now?  We move to the next stage, found in the Book of Hosea, which is dual prophecy largely addressed to Ephraim, the Bible’s name for the British people. (See our article ‘Who is Israel’)

Hosea 2:8   ‘ For she does not acknowledge that it was I who gave her grain, new wine and oil, who lavished her with silver and gold—which was crafted for Baal.’ BSB.     ie. Was used in the pursuit of an evil Godless culture.

Hosea 4:6-7,  ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest (an example for) to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.The more they increased, the more they sinned against me; I will change their glory into shame.’  So we will see the results of Brexit.

Hosea 7:8-9  “The people of Israel mingle with godless foreigners, making themselves as worthless as a half-baked cake!

Hosea  8:7   ‘For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. The standing grain has no heads; it shall yield no flour; if it were to yield, strangers would devour it.’

Hosea 13:16  ‘Samaria [was capital of Ephraim] shall bear her guilt, because she has rebelled against her God; they shall fall by the sword; their little ones shall be dashed in pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open.’

Hosea 14:4,7,9     ‘I will heal their apostasy; I will love them freely, for my anger has turned from them…….   They shall return [in repentance] and dwell beneath my shadow; they shall flourish like the grain; they shall blossom like the vine; their fame shall be like the wine of Lebanon…..Whoever is wise, let him understand these things; whoever is discerning, let him know them; for the ways of the LORD are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them.’

This is horrific news for Britain, but it  is only part of worldwide punishment due to come upon us for our evil choices. There is no need for anyone to experience these things if they will turn from sin and live God’s way.  Sin is the breaking of God’s Laws, 1 John 3:4.

Thankfully , God will turn His anger away because of the repentance of that remnant, who will live on into a world made like Eden, in Christ’s Kingdom. See our article page 1, number 59, ‘Return to Eden’

The End of The West

What is wrong with our Western Societies that we are allowing all that made the West the leaders of the world, to be denigrated and despised, and our common sense replaced by perverted  notions of marriage, sex, human rights, gender, male and female roles, even the history of our peoples?

The principles that guided our growth and prosperity have been progressively undermined by a Satanically inspired left wing bias in our education systems, from junior schools to universities, bolstered by a lack of government control over bias in state owned media outlets which Australia’s ex Prime Minister Tony Abbott wrote in the Weekend Australian, March 9-10, “testify to the long march of the Left through the institutions, a kind of soft Marxist version of the Jesuit maxim: “Give me the child  for the first seven years and I’ll give you the man.”

Like the proverbial frog in the warming water, our people have been carelessly unaware of this insidious ideological force feeding that has brought about societal change that our great grandparents would not believe, and its results  are seen in the decline and confusion in nations throughout the Western world – our economies weakened, our power virtually extinguished, our influence lost  to nations we never even needed to consider just a decade or two ago.

Why?   Because we have stood by uncaring and let it happen, even been amused by the perverts parading their rejection  of all that was once hallowed.  We have brought it upon ourselves, and if we will not change, the West is doomed to lose its freedoms to invasion and oppression. It is already starting to happen, if you are aware of world events.

“Let no one deceive you with empty arguments, for God’s wrath is coming on the disobedient because of these things.”  Ephesians 5:6.   Christian Standard bible.

The Plan of God part two

We saw last time that there are two main resurrections, Hebrews 11:35. The first resurrection provides true Christians who then marry Jesus Christ, Revelation 19:7, with their positions  sharing in the Government of God here on the earth during the Millennium, Revelation 20: 4.

Those positions will depend  upon how diligent and faithful they have been in their calling, Luke 19:17.

At the end of the 1000 years the Second Resurrection will take place, Revelation 20:11-13, Ezekiel 37:5-6. This resurrection will include  all those who have never even heard of Jesus Christ,  as well as the majority of Christians who never understood the true gospel and were deceived by Satan into rejecting God’s Commandments and Sabbath, and the pattern and example of Jesus Christ, Revelation 12:9.

During this Great White Throne Judgement period, some who have deserved punishment will receive it,  before being given their chance to repent.

They will be resurrected into a world  carefully prepared for them during the 1000 years ( See our Article, ‘Return to Eden’).  It is thought  that they will be raised  physically perfect,  without any disabilities, at the age of 30, the age of maturity, when Jesus began His ministry. They will taught God’s way and  live to be 100, Isaiah 65:20. Little children who died young will be raised by their parents, and also reach 100, when  those  who have repented and received Salvation through Jesus Christ will be changed into Spirit Beings.

There may be some who refuse to repent of their sinful ways. They will die only to be resurrected again along with the few who understood and rejected their opportunity for salvation in this life,  to face the lake of fire when the earth is consumed with fire in preparation for the New Heavens and New Earth, Luke 16:24,  2 Peter 3:10-13.

God is giving you a chance now to be in that better resurrection, with all its rewards, but it takes courage, and we have a vitally important God given task to fulfil, which is not even mentioned by the churches, even the churches of God, though it is plain in God’s word!

The Plan of God

There is one chapter in the Bible which summarises the future for those God has called and chosen. Not yet ALL those who have ever lived, for there are 2 distinct resurrections and we are here looking at the “first fruits” resurrection, Revelation 14:4, as against  the second resurrection of the ‘great white throne’ judgement in Revelation 20:11-12, which I will cover later.

That chapter is John chapter 17.  John 17:2 tells us who the chapter is about. They understand that Jesus’ teaching was from His Father, John 17:6-9, and now they keep Gods commands and belong to both the Father and Christ.

They are the called out ones and will be kept through God’s Name, John 17:11, as we read throughout the New Testament – ‘The Church of God’.  Christ has given them God’s word, but the world has then hated them, John 17:14, for it is not easy to be a true Christian in an evil world, John 17:15-18.

The next verses speak of  a mystery, and you can read about that in a recent article on this site entitled,  “The Mystery of The Gospel”.  It explains  that Jesus and His Father are “one”, as of one mind in all things, but now christ prays that these too may become ‘one’  with Himself and His Father.

This will occur fully when they are resurrected and marry Jesus Christ  before His Father’s Throne, on the Sea of Glass, in Heaven. Revelation 14:1-5, 15:2, 19:7.

They are now the children of God but will become the Bride of Christ and take His Father’s Name, as they join His family, Revelation 14, and rule with Christ here on the earth, Rev. 20:4. They  will remain close to their Lord and Husband for eternity, John 17:24, and share in His Glory.

These are not the beliefs of any denomination, but simply the plain words of God, John 17:17, which you may believe, or not, but your choice could determine if you will be in the better resurrection, Hebrews 11:35,  ‘Women received back their dead, raised to life again. There were others who were tortured, refusing to be released so that they might gain an even better resurrection. NIV. Or, in the second resurrection, which we will examine next time.’

Biame and God our Father

Years ago I lived in a beautiful valley in NSW which contained many caves in which were found many aboriginal cave paintings, most of them very simple silhouettes of hands, boomerangs etc. formed by spluttering white clay from the mouth, but one quite separate cave contained a larger than life, impressive, coloured  painting of a man with arms and legs akimbo. This was understood to be  the aboriginal god Biame, the sky god of the Dreamtime – the Creator of all, and the guardian of the valley.

The difference between all the others and this one made me doubt that they were done by the same people. Was Biame painted by  an earlier race, like  the more figurative works in the Kimberly, which some anthropologists have suggested were produced by an earlier race, later wiped out by much larger and stronger aboriginals?

The fact is that ALL Australians arrived here from overseas, and we can’t know for sure when. The Bible tells us that ALL humans descend from Adam, and then Noah after the Flood,  when God created different languages to make Noah’s descendants spread out over the earth. Even today most races retain some knowledge of the Flood, and the Creator God. Is it a co-incidence that Biame, the sky god, was for the Aboriginals also the Creator? Could be that he is the same God worshipped by Christians?

The aboriginal people never had a written language, and knowledge passed on orally soon becomes confused, so it could be expected that they would forget more than the cultures which wrote down their history. At the time of Abraham in Babylon there were great libraries where records were kept on clay tablets and stone. Moses , one of Abraham’s descendants, wrote down the first five books of the Bible, as God instructed, and  Abraham’s descendants eventually gained the whole of God’s word.

That book tells us that Aboriginals are just as much God’s children as for example, the Jews.  Jesus said we ALL should pray to our Father in Heaven and that God’s words are Truth.  It is quite understandable that, without writing. Truth quickly became lost to confusion during the ‘Dreamtime’, when Satan could take advantage of the situation to insert a plethora of false gods into aboriginal culture, but  the one true Creator God is their Father, as He is ours.

The Jews and the rest of Abraham’s descendants in the Western nations largely kept god’s Laws and so developed Western civilisation, until, eventually, Australia was colonised.  But, like the Aboriginals,  They too eventually forgot God’s Laws , encouraged by the evolutionists  to reject the Bible.

The result was the same.  With the lack of God’s Laws they too began to degenerate. Society began to unwind. Like the Canaanites of old they began to sacrifice their children.  Millions of the unborn have been killed, torn from the womb. Broken homes, lawlessness, violence and murder now pollute the land, and perversions have become the acceptable norm, even here in Australia.

But God’s word is  still there and individuals can still prosper and be blessed by following it, for the rewards are as automatic as the penalties for breaking it. God’s word also contains God’s Plan for those who chose to obey – a future so magnificent, so stupendous that it is almost beyond our comprehension.

Next time I will attempt to summarise that Plan, but first, here is a clue:    ‘So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them’.  Genesis 1:27.

An Amazing Cultural Decline

It is a remarkable and horrible thing to contemplate the dramatic changes brought about by political correctness in less than one lifetime. The very foundations of Western civilisation have been undermined by this crass foolishness, and yet few recognise the extent  of the change that has taken place, as the time honoured beliefs, standards and morals of our nations have been swept away in the pursuit of  liberal and ‘progressive’ transitory mores of a decedent society, even in my own lifetime.

For two thousand years those standards, based upon the 10 Commandments, provided an unchanging bedrock upon which our laws were built, family life was based, our gender was determined, our different gender roles were realised,  our respect for any authority existed, and our stability and patriotism survived.

What we have instead is the quite automatic result of rejecting that foundation. We have seen the loss of an Empire, the breakdown of the family, gender confusion, society fragmented by immigration and terror, increacing false religion, lack of respect for our police, teachers, the unborn and the elderly, and chaos in our governments.

All of this in less than a lifetime! The tragedy  is that we have not yet  reached the depths to which we will fall;  bringing about defeat and destruction. Only then, when those who remain realise our error and repent, will Jesus Christ raise us up again – to change not only ourselves, but the whole world!

As the Scriptures say, in 1Corinthians 1:19-20,  ‘”I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and discard the intelligence of the intelligent”. So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and the world’s brilliant debaters? God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish.’   NLT.

Only God defines ‘Christian’

 Acts 2:38, ‘And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptised every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’ ESV.

 1 John 3:4, ‘Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.’ King James Version.

 Ezekiel 18:21, ‘“But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes [laws]and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die.”’ESV…..

 1 John 2:3-4, ‘And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments.‘ Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him,’
